香港「才女」顔小梅女士 ... 來吉隆坡舉行畫畫篆刻展覽。顏女士之畫風為嶺南派。然其畫品或精神，卻另具個人獨有之清新情韻及高超境界。因為顏女士雅好鑽研中國文學及哲學，尤其對儒家及道家頗具心得。故其寫畫，縱使顛筆揮洒，也自然流露出儒家「人文主義」之温柔敦厚，天人合一等情意，及道家「自然主義」之自由，自得，澹薄，超脫與物我兩忘等觀點。
其書法各體兼善，尤以草書為勝 ... 似把其個人學養，靈性發抒，寄托於狂草之自然氣勢中，使二者巧妙交織為一，實引人入勝。
篆刻與齊白石，吳昌碩為近 ... 具厚重古拙之金石形式美與韻律感。

Ms. Ngan Siu Mui, a "talented woman" from Hong Kong ... came to Kuala Lumpur to hold a Calligraphy, Painting and Seal Carving exhibition. Ms. Ngan's painting style belongs to the Lingnan School. However, the spirit and quality of her painting possess an unique fresh charm and superb realm. Because Ms. Ngan likes to delve into Chinese literature and philosophy, especially Confucianism and Taoism. Therefore, even her random brush strokes naturally can reveal the "humanism" of Confucianism and the "naturalism" of Taoism.
