Tasting Tea Is Tasting Life
- Although tea is known around the world as a healthy drink and a pleasure both for the body and the soul, most of the people do not know how to get the benefit from such a beautiful gift of the nature. A high quality tea can taste very ordinary and even bad if one doesn't know the proper way of brewing it.
Prepating tea using different tools
Using a big cup and a paper tea filter
- Put tea leaves into the filter; pour water over the filter ; take out the filter and enjoy the fresh infusion. Tea leaves can be used several times.
Using a big teapot
- This is a simple way of brewing tea for several persons. Put tea leaves into a teapot and brew the tea leaves for 5 minutes. Decant and serve. So prepared, tea leaves can be brewed but once.
Using a small teapot
- The best way to brew tea is to use a smaller pot, filled with tea leaves. Pour hot water into it and brew for one minute only. For the 2nd brew and each subsequent brew, increase the time 15 seconds. To be able to respect the brewing times, the tea soup should be decanted into another pot (Tea Sea) before being poured into the individual cups.
