Ngan Siu-Mui is the 27th disciple of late Mr Easun Lin, famous Chinese Tea Master in Taïwan and as such, she carries on the millenary tradition of the ritual Chinese Tea Ceremony.
A Tea Ceremony is much more than drinking tea; it is a gathering in a quiet and spiritual atmosphere. It is usual for Asian business people to participate in such an event in order to clear their minds and enjoy a relaxing moment for the body and the soul.
